1. Return Authorisation
All returns must be authorised by Splendid Silver in writing. Please contact us for approval before returning any items.

2. Condition of Return
Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in an unused condition. Health and hygiene regulations prevent us from accepting returns on worn items unless explicitly authorised by Splendid Silver in writing.

3. Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective, it must be returned at the buyer’s expense. Upon receipt, our expert staff will inspect the item. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will, at our discretion, offer a refund, replacement, repair, or exchange for a product of similar value. Our decision will be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the item is the buyer’s responsibility unless we determine the item to be defective. In the case of a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Stone Set Items
Please note that many stone set items, especially crystals, naturally have veins and variations, which are not considered defects.

6. Wear or Misuse
Items that show signs of being worn, damaged, or misused will not be considered defective and will not be eligible for return.
