Terms & conditions

  • All items are guaranteed to be 925 sterling silver.
  • All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defect at the time of shipping.
  • All and any complaints must be put in writing within 7 days of the customer receiving the item.
  • All returns must be approved in writing by Splendid Silver.
  • Returns must be paid by the customer and Splendid Silver may at its discretion repair, exchange or refund the item no liability will be accepted by Splendid Silver if it is deemed that the item has been worn & damaged due to misuse.
  • Scratches dents and other such signs will not be accepted and the customer will be liable for the freight to return the item.
  • No item will be shipped without upfront payment.
  • In the event of a guarantee claim being accepted by Splendid Silver we will pay for the return of the repaired or replaced item.
  • All claims whether it be repairs replacement or refunds are at the sole discretion of Splendid Silver and our decision will be final, no communications will be entertained.
  • Splendid Silver reserves the right to refuse sales without explanation.
  • Splendid Silver will not tolerate any form of abuse intimidation, threats or racial vilification against its staff or management and any such attitude will force us to terminate all communication and the person may be reported to police.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the accurate address, phone number. and email address for delivery.
  • After payment no changes will be accepted and no refund provided for wrong delivery information.
  • Please be aware that some natural stones may have imperfections.
  • This is natural and in no way to be mistaken as defect, these are known as inclusions or veins,therefore no claims will be entertained.
